MACET LINUX Club was inaugurated by our Honorable Chief Guest Mr. Jamie Joseph, Regional Manager HCL on 18th September 2009. The Linux Club covers open source knowledge sharing and project experience among the students of the CSE Department.

As a part of our academic activity, Infocom organized a seminar on Artificial Intelligence on 23/01/09. Dr.Sugumaran Nair, Rtd ISRO Scientist, gave a lecture about Artificial Intelligence. He delivered the fact that the intelligence is gained by the frequent usage of knowledge with simple examples. AI is defined as the ability to recognize, understand and act upon the physical world of mankind. Also he added that simple program used in an automated diagnostic machine.
